My research efforts are focused on uremic solutes and dialysis. I conduct studies investigating ways to reduce plasma levels of uremic solutes, the contribution of uremic solutes to illness, and dialysis kinetics. My studies are complemented by the use of mass spectrometry to identify and quantify solutes.
